I'm undecided whether to sell or develop. Its nice for a CSS showcase site, or tutorials or anything to do with CSS. It even could be a counterstrike: source website!

CSS showcase websites are so 2006 . I don't think we need yet another CSS showcase site so it's not usefull for that purpose. Like you said, you can use it for a more general CSS related site but I think there are better domains (this one is kinda long).
I think the use for this domain would be a download site with mods, etc for CS:S. I'd say low to mid $xx undeveloped.

I think it's a great domain for those who see promise in it.

I'm one of the people that see promise in that domain.

I'd say undeveloped it's worth $1000.00 and under. Developed it's worth = The Sky.
