Is this something that can be accomplished by a newbie using Joomla? I still have to figure out how this Joomla works. I've been thinking of creating something like blogger.com where people can create an account and use their account space for their personal or business blog. Besides blogger.com, what other blog sites are there? I want to know what my competition is.
I hand regged a decent name and I want to make good use of it. I dont want to just create a personal blog site for myself. Is this task more on the extreme side or will a CMS program do the trick? Also i dont have the funds to pay a professional developer, i'm assuming if it's complex then it'll cost like 10k and up
