Country name domain possible trademarked issue with a motor company. Seeking advice.

Hello folks, I successfully bought a domain czechoslovakia/org then tried to appraise it using valuate.com. It just so happened that the site says it has possible trademarked issues with K-I-A (which is a motor company) for the term "kia". I don't see any connections between the country and the motor company so I thought this is just a bug from the system. I tried to appraise other extensions and the site appraised them normally.

Please I need an expert advise here. Thanks.

One, country name is not the same as 3 letters in it that also the name of a car company.
Two, if this is the only worry you have, feel good.
You are safe to go.
Estibot does that a lot when appraising domains.

So do what you want with your domain, with no trademark problems.

There is absolutely no way that there is a trademark conflict between the country name Czechoslovakia and the automobile company Kia. Anyone that tries to assert such a claim would make a laughingstock out of themselves.
