Is Verzace.com a trademark issue?

Just as-is, is there trademark issues?

The Versace company has the term "Versace" trademarked not "verzace".

I understand that if I where to create a site that was confusingly similar then that's one thing; but just owning it, with no parking or anything is their a TM issue?

I want to know because I want to sell it.

That ultimately depends on the trademark holder – if they find the domain name.

I think it's hardly a trademark issue as long as you are not selling it to them.

It could be a TM issue if you infringe on their trademark, being only one letter different from their trademark. But if it is developed for another industry entirely, then you probably won't have any problems.
