Cosmotown automatically deleted my domain and is not responding to support emails

As the title: "Cosmotown automatically deleted my domain and did not respond to support emails", my domain suddenly disappeared from the domain list. I sent support emails many times but received no response. Is Cosmotown cheating its customers?
