I have a couple of expired domains still within the grace period. I tried to unlock the domains to transfer out, but the Cosmotown system says "please select a domain that's not expired".
This wasn't the case previously as one could unlock expired domains by oneself and get out.
Apparently, the support is the only one able to do the unlock now. Don't know why it was set up this way.
But if they want it that way, then support should be quick/fast.
So I contacted Cosmotown support and 2 days after, No replies. Few days left for some domains before grace period is over. And I am not renewing at Cosmotown! Yet, Cosmotown doesn't consider it important to respond to my support ticket and unlock the domains quickly, since they made it impossible for me to do it myself!
