question Confused about Google, Domain and Backlinks

If we found a domain with a strange name but it has a lot of Backlinks already made up according to ahrefs,semrush . but it is blocked by google .so should we buy that domain and park it or not.

Also tell me what should be done with such domains.

i was told by someone(my senior) that the domain is blocked by google.
Also tell me any way if you know how to check if a domain is blocked by google and are they safe for parking.

1) Can't possibly answer your first question based upon "it has a lot of Backlinks"
2) It may monetize in zero click or through a Yahoo feed like Skenzo.
3) You can check fail listed domains @ ParkingCrew / AdvancedSearch / Blocked & Adult Check
Bodis has a similar option and perhaps other parking companies.
