opinion .com vs .xyz . Should I go for .xyz?

A certain domain with .com is costing me $300. but the same domain name with .xyz is costing me only $1.
So, should i go for the .xyz ?

I'd dig in that direction just in case: https://www.go.best, and secure the ".best"...because of this: https://www.the.best/ (coming this year).

ok i am going with .in extension. since this website visitor all will be indian. what do you think ?

This is a no brainer and the best alternative to the .com.

You are dealing in India, the .in makes the most sense and for companies dealing only in one country it can sometimes even be preferred over a .com because your clients will instantly know they are dealing locally.
