It's amazing when some people advice not to spend xxx for 100 strong keyword ngTLD and ccTLD, but advice to buy One super puper triple premium .com for x.xxx figures and hire a broker or sell it to some sort of "unique end buyer".

120 million registrations of .com. Lol people.

It's easy to count. In any extension(ccTLD) value have at least 10k single word and perhaps 100k word combinations. Look at Google.

All other names have no future. 90% of domains with websites have hand-regged domains, with no sense. You cannot sell anything to them. They will not pay.

Future have unique, memorable, readable domains with Sense. That's all.

In the UK we do not have emperors. We have Kings/Queens and there is no rank that is or has ever been higher than them

This may be the case - but the point is that the top is (naturally) "ranked" above all others.

Of course .com has no future. It's just matter of time scale.

Humanity has no future, Sun and Earth as well have no future, you and me have no future, dinosaurs appeared not to have future, too, diesel and gasoline powered cars have no future. It's just matter of how long are you prepared to wait untill it happens.

Untill then, there must be a reason why .com domains are in highest demand, most attractive and most expensive. Take it or leave it, your choice will not change much.
