Hi,
Will appreciate your help.
I will be happy to understand... generaly, if a .com domain has 10000 exact google search how much does it worth.
Will appreciate for 10K 50K 100K 200K and over 500K...
Again please only a general question without geting in to other parameters.
Thank you!!

Hi

to only give a general answer would truly mislead you.

as there is no direct correlation to an exact match quantity that is equal to an exact dollar value.

and though above is absolutely true, it hasn't stopped newbs from continuing to make that assumption.....without considering or even wanting to know the variables.

imo...

Let me emphasize the above.

Buying domains on metrics based on search volume is buying domains with blinders on.
Search volume is very relative too, competition and CPC should be taken into consideration as well.
High search volume also doesn't mean the domain will get traffic or even be easy to monetize. That depends on the niche too.
Bottom line is that the value of domain names does not lie in the metrics alone.

When I buy domains, I don't look at the metrics. It should pass the smell test first :)

Thank you all.
How do I check cpc?
What do you mean by search volume? Is it the exact search result?
Regarding the age - is the whois history good enough or the domain should be hold since created?
Thank you!

"lobo" if you read the questions you've asked, then it's obvious you shouldn't buy domans based on google keyword tool numbers, until you have better understanding of results and their implications.

let me know your domains details?

what details?

gut feelings come first, metrics are considered after if at all.

Well this is what it is all about, isn't it? Asking questions, and get help from the prosf...

true, the only way to know is either ask or do your own research.

but when asking, you need to pose the questions in such a way as to illicit an elaborate response...if you want clarity.

short generic answers won't get it, as domaining is more than just the exact match numbers that flow from the google keyword tool
