Over 500k exact results on Google?

Does it mean anything at all ...
I want to learn about this world but obviously I am new at this and i think i am so lost , if I have a site that has over 500k exact results is it worth anything?

It is so hard to pick a good domain....

That really just means that you will have a lot of competition and nothing else.. Use this tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

If you find domains that match over 10k EXACT monthly searches in the .com extension then you have found a good domain. Add zeros for the lower extensions.

I think over 500k exact results on google would be a good thing? don't you...i would think it would boost the traffic rank of the domain easily...
