Lol, I own greenwood.in , marion.in , and a dozen other INdiana city/IN tlds...

Haven't gotten a good idea of value yet, though. Should get a fair amount of traffic, though, if you develop it based as a local Indiana directory. Perhaps the Chamber of Commerce for Columbus can point you to an end user......
