co.uk Domain transfer info needed

Hi,

I want to transfer a .co.uk from the current register to 123-Reg and would like to check I have some questions

1. Do I get the IPSTAG changed first, or do I order the transfer at 123-Reg first?

2. Will the current nameservers be copied over with the transfer?

Don't transfer to 123reg unless you want to lose your domain.
Seriously. They are plagued with problems.
