Time to check your PayPal account for subscriptions that are hidden or that you just may have forgotten about. These are normally monthly or annual charges for software or service use--renewals, upgrades, etc. Some software companies are very sneaky about sneaking in permission to auto-renew their annual license. (I just found an auto-renewal for Spyware Doctor that I didn't know about.)
The annual payments can be hard to catch, and PayPal doesn't make it easy.
Here's how to check on any PayPal subscriptions and/or recurring payments:
The "Recurring Payments" and "Agreements" can help narrow specific payments down.
Good luck!

Here's how to check on any PayPal subscriptions and/or recurring payments:
- First click on "History" under the "My Account" tab.
- After the screen change, right above our listed transactions, looke for the "More Filters" link (last on on the right, below the date fields), and hover your cursor over it.
- Near the bottom of the list that appears, you'll see "Subscriptions and Agreements". Hover over that, and you'll find the objects to check: "Billing Agreements," "Recurring Payments," and "Subscriptions".
- Be sure to set the "beginning" date several years back for all of them, but especially for subscriptions as subscriptions only show when they were created.

Good luck!
