I'd have to say yahoo. Apparently, http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/ is only $2.99/year, but I don't know if there's a ctach or not, because I've never used them.

if you read the fine print on yahoo, that is only if you sign up for a new merchant account or web hosting

same here ... godaddy is a great registrar. Go with them... they're pretty cheap @ $4.19 with a free 25 MB mail box

Also, as far as I'm aware there is no push facility between accounts at Yahoo.

yahoo is neither good for domains nor for web hosting... they're into other things .... it's always best to go to a specialist company (same way you go to a specialist doctor )
