Cheapest place to register .cc?

Does anyone know the cheapest place and most reliable to register .cc domains?

Cheapest Ihave found is godaddy at 18.95 including discounts.

I would think GoDaddy is the cheapest, that is where I regged a couple of mine! :tu:

Be careful with .cc domains.
Most of them were picked up by rice eaters in Tokyo because of the Xmas Island fare.
But alot were also bought by Adult webmasters in Russia and the old USSR
and they used them for Trojans and looped exit redirects and popup hells
and alot of sites blacklisted all .cc traffic..
