.TF (French Southern Territories) is under responsibility of the French Registry (AFNIC), I think it's in use but only allowed to scientific there are there. In fact there are only Scientifics or military and no civil allowed to living there.
.YT (Mayotte) is under responsibility of the French Registry (AFNIC), but not in use, they plan to use it many in few years. The administrative status of this Island will move to DOM (in French : over sea department) in 20111, Alls DOM by right are within the European Economic Community , (by now DMO are Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana, Reunion.
.NC (New Caledonia) is managed by โOffice des Postes et Telecommunications de Nouvelle-Caledonieโ. In use, but only allowed to corporate located there
.MQ (Martinique) are is managed by private company there โSystelโ, they suspended registration.
.GP (Guadeloupe) is managed by private company there, is open to everybody from anywhere , it's can be register here :

.RE (Reunion Island) is managed by the French Registry (AFNIC)
Reunion is located in Indian Ocean and itโs within European economic community but not in European VAT area (Schengen), there are about 800 000 peoples living in Reunion.
For register .RE conditions are :
Owner MUST be
- Corporate register number with location in Reunion Island
Or
- If you are personal you must be located in Reunion and have a French trade Mark
To register, a possibility is to live In Reunion between mountain, Sea and volcano, if you come; youโre welcome at home for toast Creole foods!

Another simplest solution is to use a local service in Reunion.
