Can someone show me how to for 10np$

I want to make a LOgo thats text but i want the text to be like bubble text and i want to have a picture in the back round of each letter wich would be the american flag can someone show me how to do this on photoshop please i would love ou forever and give you 10np$ to the first one who gives me the correct instructions

Are you using photoshop? If so there's some shapes that you can choose from, there's some speech bubbles in there. Make a few of those and put your text on top of them. Then I guess you could add a layer mask to the text and put an american flag on it.
