Fitting text to a shape?

I have some text that I want to shape in a custom way - none of the text shape features already in photoshop (arc, fish, etc) fit what I want to do. If I were to draw a shape, would there be a way to type text to conform to that shape?

I dont think you can do that in PS, but if you have fireworks or anything like that you can do this with the snap to object and or the combine paths function.

Use the pen tool to create a path and then select the text tool. Place the cursor near the start of the line and the cursor will change to a different icon. Click and type the test; it will keep it on the path.
