How to remove text out of images?

I'd like to know how to remove text out of this image using photoshop. Could anyone please show me, step by step?

well a very cheap way is to use the smudge tool, or you could highlight all the black text, copy it create a new layer, paste it, then start doing hue/transperency tricks

the pro way would be to repaint the areas

just use transparency tricks.or if the text is outside the main frame just crop it u can use tools like picasa.or pick color. erase the text and copy back the color

go to the erase tool and erase outlines of the text.Then remove the text using crop bar.thts all there is to it buuddy

I'd suggest the clone stamp tool in photoshop, then retouch it.

why do you need to know? are you ripping images???

transparency would be easiest...if you know how to do it! if not, you COULD try clone stamping it. always have ctrl-Z at hand though! and you really shouldn't be ripping text off images, especially if they're copyrighted!
