Can someone help to fix a simple problem im having w/ a table not aligning?

hey guys, im thinking this is problably a quick fix for someone who knows what they're doing. i would greatly appreciate it if you could show me what's wrong. in chrome and firefox its not a problem, but in IE the table shifts out of alignment. i tried finding any hangnails in the code but i cant seemt to figure it out. again, thank you in advance!! here's the page:
