Yes you can do that. Godaddy allows domain to push to other godaddy accounts even when the domain is in 60 day lock

you can...but it's a gud practise to mention in your seller notes that you are going to push the domain only to GoDaddy accounts...some buyers don't notice the lockout period and that's why I mention it in my auctions clearly..
