Is there anywhere or way that I can register a .ca name without being a Canadian resident? Where can this be done? Thank you!

In summary you must be a citizen,resident or business operating in Canada or the Queen of England.Even Paris Hilton cannot register a .ca

They should cut a deal with California Residents too...

Love the .ca extention. I like how Canada went with their own rather than the commonwealth .co.xx - Always hated that ext.
