Can a Non UK resident register .co.uk domains? Or it can be registered only by UK residents?

.co.uk can be registered by anyone, anywhere in the world. It isn't only for UK individuals / companies

They really do that? I don't see why they wouldnt change sooner, as they msut have wasted a lot of cash on paper.

And i Don't see why .co.uk domains wouldnt be available to all, as it's jsut another domain name.
