question Buying a dictionary word .com with trademark?

Hello, there's an expensive domain for sale, but there is a trademark for the domain name from the previous owner.

For example, domain for sale: "boxing.com", trademark registered: "boxing.com".

What would happen if I bought the domain without the trademark being passed over?

If you are not going to use the domain in association with the sames goods or services the trademark is of no value to you.
