Buy Now a pending delete at GoDaddy

Has any one in this situation ?
I had bought a domain at Buy Now auction of Godaddy.
I don't check that is a pending delete domain.
So I paid for Godaddy, they receive money and don't push domain into my account.
And now they are auctioning my domain in expried domain auction.
I had sent Godadddy support an email, they said that is a complex problem. And 2 days over I don't receive any other email. Just 4 day end auction for my domain .
What should I do now ?

I don't think it's a Pending Delete domain. Which means a domain that will be deleted in the next few days.

Does the auction have your bid as the first bid on the domain?

Yes, that is pre delete.
It is auctioning at now.
And domain : IGreenDotCard.com.
.NET; .ORG had taken by a company. I think they will use this domain for future. And one more. IGreenDotCard.com have some good backlinks.
I think I don't bid for this domain.
They had refund for me.

Don't bid on the name and don't purchase it; greendot is a registered trademark (actually there are many trademarks of greendot), and this name is an infringement since it clearly involves the word 'card', which is a prepaid card greendot offers (go to greendot [dot] com to see details);
This domain can only bring you trouble, stay away from trademark names
