Business name advice

E.g, I want domainer as biz name but domainer.com is not available. Is it wise to reg either domainer.org,domainerUk.com,or domaina.com. If you are in my shoes,as a professional domainer what will you do? What do I stand to loose (customer wise) if I reg any of these names?

May be you can try to keep the same "DOMAINER" Keyword with different extensions like .me, .website, .online, .auction and develop it properly with some good SEO advise so that it can fetch good results for you.
