Serious question regarding this domain business

I have a question for you all. What percent of the internet domainer population would suddenly drop if the internet were to loose all value on domains and return to the early 90's way when domains were free and no value was attached to domains because the regulation were to allow only one reg per business or individual. How many people would still be domainers here just for the thrill of creating and learning as apposed to selling domains.

what do you mean by "creating and learning"? If you can own just one domain it's not domaining it's developing... would be quite hard to reg one name then find someone who wants it and doesn't have anything, then sell it, find another one and so on
