Order Procedure:
Look at the cost of the NP plan and send the NP over.
In the comments box, please add these details :
1. Plan wanted
2. Domain name
3. Username (8 characters max)
4. Password
5. Contact Email

If we lack any of these details, we will PM you for it.
To ensure the fastest possible setup, please do not exclude any details.

Payment Details :
You will pay for the full term for the first month.
For the second month, you will pay a adjusted term on the 1st of the month.
From the third month onwards, you will be paying the full fees on the 1st.

EG. Plan registered on 24th, you will be pay (30-24) * plan fees.

Why? We do this to simplify billing, for you and for us.

I am having difficulty registering on the support center. It says my email is in use and when I request "forget password" I get an error. I have been unable to log into my website's cpanel for a little while now using the user and pass I originally had.

What's with the MySQL now? Need my sites back up soon, thanks in advance for replying. Considering the support desk doesn't send emails out to register users i cant use it.......

If you can do this for me, please make me backups of both MySQL and content for my sites i have hosted with you.... Otherwise i can do it myself when you get it working again.

I am aware of the emailing problem.
To prevent abuse (since it's a proxy server), I have disabled mail.

The support portal will be finding a new home soon.

In the hosting fees pm, it says agree to our TOS / AUP.
The TOS / AUP do not exist. I get a 404 when I click the link in your thread starting post
I have replied to your hosting pm, asking you to reset my password and you have ignored it.

I'm very interested in this hosting but am a bit cautious given the recent spate of postings about problems.

jerometan - If I sign up, can I cancel my acount at any time? Would I pay only up until the end of the month in which I cancel?

For those of you with this hosting, how would you rate it? Is this host worth it?

sites are back to normal...music place if this can help you I didn t have major issues so far(apart yesterday and I don t have huge needs either so this hosting works for me) What really concerns me is lack of communication... if s**t happenz.
If you are looking for 99% uptime and technical help 24/7 look elsewhere (for different prices obviously)

I cant wait too long :( My current host has gone broke and could disappear any day :(

I don't want to buy hosting from someone else if this guys going to come through with the goods!

I need to know one way or the other if this guy will be giving me my hosting.
