Brazilian bots?!

Hello,

15-20% of the traffic to my 750 domain landing pages comes from various cities and regions of Brazil... Yes, Brazil is obviously a large country with a large population, but I found it hard to believe that all these visits are the result of human interaction.

Are there such a thing as Brazilian bots? And, if yes, why from there? Are they redirected there?

Ps. I have NOTHING against Brazilians. In fact, would love if all of these hits were real people.

I have noticed that with my domains too. I have considered to write to the ParkingCrew, why are so many Brazilians visiting my pages ;D.I hope they have noticed that and filter them out over the next days.

Btw. keep in mind while some of the traffic spam e.g. the Darodar spam is really from Russia (the guy behind it is actually proud for his referral spam ;) ), most of the crackers use Russia and China and perhaps Brazil too to hide their country of origin.

You know the headlines in the media..."Hackers from China/Russia"... when in fact half of them are probably crackers from the Western countries ;D.

Another thing, is that if you put a domain in this forum in some post etc. its automatically being scrapped and targeted by spammers etc. It's probably impossible to defend against it by NamePros stuff and the spam is the price for domaining ;)

The worst part is that it will be always harder and harder to distinct between a man and a script/machine.
