The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

It seems the whole world knows, lol

:-o It was in your auction this will be super interesting. I think you were generous in the selection of 68 domains for liquidation.

Seems about right at 3 sales a day now BB is pulling off. Certainly a good number, rings to just under 0.3% a month of total portfolio, which is around 3% - 3.5% a year which is a satisfactory figure given most portfolios only achieve around 2 - 2.5%.

Still no sales for me on there though :( but I only have around 20 names so far :P

Congrats to all the sellers so far this month.

Congrats to all the sellers so far this month.

For now I have not seen anything that beat this => quality domains + Larger stocks = greater sales
Personally, I am trying to own less amount of names with a greater return (hard)
The more accurate we become in detecting quality names, the better the sales results.

Let's us not only get amazed about the the sales happening but lets's also open the bonnet to bb's engine and figure out how it works. A closer look into june sales https://dnbolt.com/blog/brandbucket-june-2016-sales-review/ might indicates some critical statistics.

Boxador has cracked the code by allowing us to do all the heavy lifting while she happily seats on commissions. Hence, the birth to many brandable marketplaces and election of Krell as the Managing Director.

Very true, when I started I thought having more names will equal more sales, over the last 12months I have learned the hard way that quality really does matter.

The problem is, 'quality' is not as obvious as it seems. Some names that sell are head scratchers, while others you can see the strength they have straight away.

Brand names are amazing objects, since they represent the business as a whole, but the names are not something we can predict. But one fact remains true, great names that create conversations and evoke interest will always sell...it's just a matter of time.

Great work too btw @Dnbolt

MediaPlow/Krell at 21 sold. I think that is the best month since he started with BB. It is interesting that even when he was at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 names etc.....his sales volume never really went up consistent with the extra volume. This is the first time I see it spike.

He uses some funnel system and his agency and his position(influence) to boost his sales. I guess it was.

Mediaplow at 21 with 5,500 names, yet those with 1,000 to 2,000 names do not even get near a similar percentage which would be around 4 to 5 sales.

This is exactly why investing on this marketplace can leave a bad taste in the mouth. I mean, it is my money I am investing, so I want a fair platform.

Please sort it out BB.

The domain was apart of my latest portfolio sale. The NP buyer paid average whole seller prices for the entire package. (around 200)...

The bb sale price is on DNBolt.com

Broker(.com) sold for $375,000 early this month on sedo while Brokerr(.com) sold for $2,895 during the last few days of July on BB. Very interesting to see such correlation.

The supposed sale of apexra(.)com failed to close on BB so no longer on sold list.

techwhale(.)com + techtuna(.)com just sold on BB. I don't see how whale and tuna blends in with the keyword tech. Does anyone have any explanation for this?

Update: Actually "whale" does.

It's not about blending, taking a keyword and adding an animal is a popular naming convention.
