Bots and forum views

Bots are always online crawling my forum. Do they raise the number of thread 'views'? Some of my forum threads seem to have been read thousands of times but nobody's replying to them so I don't know if the threads are receiving bot or human visitors.

I am not sure but I think that in my MyBB forum, I think search bots hits do count as page views.

What forum script are you using?
