Everythings fine so far. But I have a newsfeed for the blog on the homepage, and when you click those..Example:
http://www.bluejaysnews.com/2006/05/blue-jays-take-two-of-three-from-white.html

All the images dissappear and it drops everything into a May 2006 folder and trys to get /2006/05/images/index_04.jpg instead of images/index_04.jpg.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it besides uploading the images into a new folder every month?

I don't think I understood your question 100%.

Anyways, I've had problems regarding linking images as well. At the end, I decided to instead using [www/images/mypic.jpg] I switched to [http://www.myurl.com/images/mypic.jpg].
