I am selling the site www.FindingLegalForms.com
I really have not done anything with it. The site has been active since Oct. 2005. It gets around 30 uniques a day. I put YPN on in Feb. 2006 and it has made $120. The site also sells legal form cd's for $19.99. As far as the cd's I have not tracked how many have been sold but I would guess about 1 per month or every other month. I will give my supplier for the cd's which I purchase for $2 a piece to the next owner.
A lot could be done with the site, you wouldn't have to sell the cd's. I think it is a great domain. The domain is registered at NameCheap, and I will push to the next owner.
