Bit of advice please

I have a .gb.net domain that I currently have with 123-reg.co.uk.
I would like to sell it and transfer it away from them, but according to the who.is query I am not the owner/admin/billing/technical contact on there. It is WebFusion who is (123-reg's parent company).

I have emailed them a few times asking for them to unlock it so I can update the details, but I have been unsuccessful.

Where do I go from here? It is quite a good domain and feel it is worth selling. Just I can't do anything with it at the moment, as I will be unable to transfer to the new owner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without wanting to state the obvious, have you tried calling them?

I can't seem to find a contact number on their website. Else I would of tried ringing them and getting to the bottom of it.

I think you have something.gb.net which is subdomain.
Such names can't be transfered out or change whois.

I don't think that's right. To me it looks like a SLD.

Don't waste your time on that.

Ok, I assumed you must have tried. I don't know anything about .gb.net domains I'm afraid though so can't actually provide any useful advice on the subject!
