Bienes Y Raices means "Real Estate" in spanish. Straight up.
I have the .biz, .ws, and .info
I realize they are not as lucrative as a .com - but RE is huge!

What do you think- how would you price these? Also, advice on revenue generating site development greatly appreciated: Links to info, guides, e-books, successful samples... :kickass:

No value in my modest opinion.

In spanish it is written "bienes raices" and not "bienes y raíces". All of them are already taken.

Your best alternative it is to sell them to someone that do not knows spanish, but for a final user, no value.

Good luck

I do speak spanish fluently, it is my first language.

"Bienes Y Raices" is grammatically correct and commonly used in Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, etc... and is the section heading in most newspapers.
"Bienes Raices" is another form which seems to have grown in popularity on the internet, perhaps because of the literal translators- and may be dialectically correct for some countries. I see it both ways through a basic search and suspect the grammatically correct term will grow as more spanish users create the spanish content instead of having english content translated to spanish.
