domain Portfolio Selections - Feedback Appreciated

Hi all,

I’m new to the domain-related forums. But, having spent the last 5 years as a web developer and gaming-industry affiliate, I’m relatively familiar with what does and doesn’t work with regards to developed web sites. However, last year, I sold almost my entire network of casino/sports betting sites/domain names in one lump package … the valuation of the sale was based on factors other than the domain names themselves.

Now, I’m interested in “playing” around in the domain name game with a bit less focus on development. I have just begun rebuilding the portfolio. Below are a few selections, most of which were just recently registered. Any feedback as to their resale value, as well as any other thoughts, will be greatly appreciated.

Very nice domain, especially with the poker domain trend right now. Has some great development potential!

Again, needs development to gain it's full potential.

Yeah, I don't have time to appraise all of them right now, so I'll just pick my favorite 2

CancunVacation.info is worth high xx to low xxx to me. Worth developing.
ePour.com sound brandable. I usually like "e" names only if they have a short noun after them, but ePour sounds catchy...maybe a wine review site? Same value for this one.

I agree ... CancunVacation.info is begging to be developed. And, regarding ePour.com ... I was definitely thinking "beverage" ... maybe even a bartending-related portal, what with the popularity of flair bartenders in all the major clubs and hotels.
