Bid on a domain TBR questions

I placed a bid on a domain that was TBR on May 24th. Later on that same day, when I checked the WHOIS it stated that pool.com had registered the name. Am I still in the running for this domain? How do I tell? Will I get an email telling me if I am outbid or have I already lost out? I am not a member of pool.

If you did not use pool to try and backorder the domain then you are out of the running... I try to use 3-4 different sites when trying to grab a dropped name...

Ok, thanks. I guess I should have used Pool then. I'll have to sign up for them.

Another name I liked (but did not place a bid/backorder on) is not on the list of names that were registered. I think I'll just wait the 5-6 days and see if it's available as I don't want to clue in any registrar that it's wanted. :hehe:
