Hi,

I hope you can help me with my dilemma/question.

First question
I recently bought backordered domains, which has traffic, what should i do? Park it or develope a simple site with a lot of ads?

Second question
I also has registered some domains, which I intend to develope. But in the mean time, should i park it or just make a simple site wich says "the site is under development"?

Third question
Would the site loose credibility if i park it? Would a visitor who once visited the parked site, not come back again, when the site is developed?

1. It depends on so many things, but I'm sure that's not what you want to hear so I'll just have to make lots of assumptions and answer the question. So here goes:

First submit it to a good parking service that lets you see what keywords convert best, and play with the most promising keywords until you are satisfied you cannot improve RPM much further (RPM stands for revenue per thousand visitors).

Then spend at least a couple of days analyzing the entire data you have since the start of the parking experiment (not just the final few days) and thinking about which of these niches you can add most value to, in terms of useful info for your typical visitors.

Then develop with a big fat alpha version warning on the home page, and if you get totally frustrated with the results you may want to consider putting it back into parking for a few days and repeat these steps until visitors start contacting you to say how amzingly useful your site is.

This is as short as I could possibly make the answer to the first question, which again is based on so many assumptions that I need to recover my courage before attempting the next two

i just got a LL-L.com which has 1400 unique traffic per day, so I hope I can make $$$$ for it

I have before parked other domains at Sedo, i get a few visitors but no clicks.

This time I do not want to make any mistake
