Best ways to get a good rank?

Hi all,

I submitted my sitemap to Google and now when I search on my domain name I turn up in third position. But when I check all the ranking tools I get nothing, does it take time for Google to determine a sites ranking?

My site is a Wordpress blog designed for Adsense. I have Easy WP SEO on and have optimized the site according to their tick list including a picture for each post with alt tag that reflects my long tail keyword, my articles have a 1.0-2.0% for the keyword, plus it's in the H1 and H2 tags, title and meta description both have my keyword.

The only thing is I've set it up blog-style. Do I get extra credit from Google if I have each article on a separate page?

The SEO tool has about 80% SEO rating with 1.0-2.0% for the relevant keyword for each post/article, and I have about 3 articles, each around 500-600 keywords, all unique, tested against Copyscape.

What should I do now?

You have to change Google search bar settings because by default it shows the most searched pages at the top thatswhy you are seeing your site on the 1st page

What is you site about? I have more blogs in wordpress and i use all in one seopack, i have a lot of unique visitors but google page rank 0 ?

What plugining for your sitemap you use?

U how many visitors you have and how much time past until you post an article?

Are you asking about PR (page rank of 1 etc) or SERP (search engine ranking placement..page one of Google, third site for the keyword)?

Basically (my opinion) PR is based on age and backlinks (and other factors) and SERP is relevant content, backlinks (and other factors)

What should I do now?

You seem to have a good "template" for SEO...just add more articles (try to interlink them) and get backlinks for relevant sites

This happens to be a myth. I need proof of this.

Just because it's easier to use, doesn't mean it will do the hard work for you. If you wanna rank well, you have to put in the effort. Write original and relevant articles regularly...

You only have three articles thus far... write more. In fact just keep writing as often as you can.
