Although i generally hate these "whats your favorite/best etc" threads, im gonna start one nonetheless....

What do you think are the best examples of parking pages youve seen?? - please post example pages...

Obviously I ve seen a lot in my quest but the two that spring to mind for me are the individually tailored pages made for big traffic domains:

NameDrive.com has just added some new templates.
They are the best by far.

The new Travel template at Namedrive is really nice, I have it applied to mabua . com

I agree the newest templates such as the business, and travel are doing very well for me. For me it doesn't look like a parking page at all. Also have you seen the new adult icon template at NameDrive. Thats a cool layout. Hopefully they do this icon with a few more catgerories.

What do you think about Dotzup's landing page for www.CustomerService.com ?
I like the full-color graphics and layout by types of products and services.

NameDrive really seems to be the only one I use that is pushing ahead with it's parking pages. I really like the poker template that Fabulous uses (pokertip . tv) but it has been around for a couple of years or more now... I think that Sedo has actually taken a step back with its new pages... (sdu . ca)

If you think NameDrive is the only one pushing ahead you need to check out others. Plenty of private/personal parking blow nd out of the water.

Could you link us to a few examples Dan?

I'm not positive about Badgers reasons for starting this thread,
but my best guess would be he would like to get input from us
so he can continue improving 1Plus.net to better serve his customers.
(Which would include myself, btw)

So I believe that giving specific examples of Best Parking Pages would
help answer his question more than the company that is serving them.
