Obviously, some websites are owned and run by one person or a small group of people, so any outbound emails sent will go directly to the right person, who's usually the decision maker.
However, for larger companies and corporations, there might be some barriers to getting to the big cheese.
What online tools or methods can I implement to ensure I'm connecting with the right person?
PS: I am aware that certain emails will totally inaccessible due to privacy - I want to find solutions to finding the ones that are a little more open to the public.
