And no reason I didn't add the warm ups, just forgot about them. ๐Ÿ˜€

Note: some of the tools in the list have a warmup email option.

I mainly use Hunter.io and RocketReach,co to get company emails if they cannot be found on their main website. I've added a free email tracker extension in chrome called MailTracker that gives you 20 free tracked emails per month. That's plenty for me and it works fine.

Usually the companies I email have the exact match in alternative extension or they have a pre/suffix domain so it's a perfect match upgrade. Those are about the only times I do outbound.

Sometimes I will check Opencorporates or Google maps to find companies without websites and give them a call. However, these people usually don't see the value in a website/domain so it's mostly a waste of time. I've had many of them hang up the phone, and just don't care to learn about the value of the domain name.

That's why it's a catch 22 with outbound. If they understood the value or had the capital to invest, then they would just type the domain name in their browser and buy it. If it's a good domain, then it will sell itself. I prefer to set it and forget it, be patient and watch for the right buyer.

Sven, the #1 seller on Atom talked about this in a podcast on Apr 29 - he tried outbound about 6 mos ago and nada. I agree, your targets are about the only time it's worthy (or of course those low priced <$500 niche geo sales Youness and the India market teaches about).

Nice! It's always great to see domains actually being used in the wild after selling them. It indicates you may have gotten close to or right at end user value for it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Iโ€™ve been using a lead generation platform called Pubrio, which streamlines the entire process in one place. It helps us identify ICP contacts and set up automated outreach pipelines directly within the platform.
