Ok, roll back the clock ~15 years and you decide you want to buy ONE .com domain related to Tokyo (not Tokyo.com). What do you think the best keyword to go with a city is?

city+jobs, but bigcity+jobs .com domains are taken, and for smaller cities, +jobs domains may be available.

Largely, City+RealEstate.Com domains are real gems, but city+property.com domains are not always real gems, depending on what cities they are: if it's Chicago+Property.com, then it's very good, although it still much less in value and selling price compared with Chicago+RealEstate.com.

Real estate=real gem in city name domaining, especially for big cities-but sorry they are all gone.
