I need your advise:

I use own domain ported to outlook.com (ex. Hotmail) to send offers to end users.

Do you have any past experience with that mail service? Is it working well when contacting totally new addresses? I suppose none of the messages is reaching recipient.

Also, could you please recommend which is the best email solution to use in this case?

Thanks

The best email solution is to send your email from one of your own domains rather than a free service like Outlook.com. I'm not saying your solution is bad, but you were asking for the best solution. If you are going to use a free service, I'd prefer a GMail account with your correct name, rather than an ex-Hotmail account. But an email address from your own domain builds more trust.

Maybe I was not clear in my past post :)

I have my own branded email address (domains at mydomain, com) where mydomain, com is hosted by outlook.com email service. (for details: domains, live, com)

My question concerning outlook, com was mainly about spam filters and if they treat outlook in different way than Gmail or Google Apps?

So do you send personalized email or bulk emails?

Can you guide me about how to use unsubscription option if I am using Outlook?

I would think because GMail, has the greatest volumes, I'd say they have the best spam filters. I have no evidence, but it seem a reasonable assumption.

Send from your corporate E-mail of course.

Stub, I have my LLC set up at GD but it has the word 'domain' it. Should I change it to a non domain email?

You can't set up a limited company at GoDaddy. I don't see any disadvantage in [email protected] being used for your emails. In fact I'd recommend that approach.

What about if you can use mail merge function using MS word and Outlook....?

I'd say that unless you are only sending one email at a time, you are probably spamming. Using mailmerge is usually for sending out bulk emails, correct? Sending out unsolicited emails is spamming also. They need to have opted in to your list.
