Hello,

On April 2007, i pay 99$ to DollarDomainName.com powerd by Infinet Communications Group, to register a domain for 2 years.

DollarDomainName.com never register that domain for me, nevertheless, DollarDomainName.com charged my credit card.

I tell to DollarDomainName.com that i want my money back, but the company says "we do not offer any refunds".

Please, Be careful of DollarDomainName.com!

That's grossly overpriced. $8/y would be just about right.
You can still file a charge back and use a real registrar next time.

As mentioned above, you should go & get a chargeback on your c/c

What services?
etc

When negotiations fail, you can fall back on the protections of paying with a CC
(at least most anyway)...file for a chargeback.
