A little list (some of this was stated above):
1.) Domainers (mostly noobs) who rely solely on a free appraisal to justify their asking pice. I hate offering $20 just to have the buyer reply, "Sorry but no. Estibot says it's worth $3,000 easily."
2.) Offended domainers who fail to have read the appraisal rule that one shouldn't be offended by another memver's appraisal. This piggy-backs on the above: "My domain is reg fee? You're f*cking stupid, asshole. Nameboy says it's worth $12,500. Get a life, loser, and LEARN TO APPRAISE!" This is just so saddening.
3.) Misleading sales titles. I recall one guy trying to sell a domain of Madonna's full name. She has 2 middle names, pretty much, which the owner tried to sucker us with. His domain had Madonna's first/last name, yes, but also the first letter of both middle names. There is a difference between (First name)(Last name).com and (First name)(Middle initial 1)(Middle initial 2)(Last name).com.
4.) Stretching the truth/using strange senses of imagination: This is common. Example? A LLLL.com owner who states that his domain is pronounceable and then gives buyers an awkward pronounciation that requires imagination. "I'm selling RZOR.com -- pronounced "razor!" But there are some who give an honest -- yet silly -- effort: ESEL pronounced as "easel" CASR pronounced as CASAR or Cass Are, etc. Dude, I don't always see these are pronounceable and many others, the same. Stop with your senseless propaganda.
5.) Thread crashing: This can be in many forms. "You're selling RedApples.com. Nice! If anyone's interested, I have GreenApples.com to sell." That's the most common I've seen.
There are many others but these are what probably bug me the most.

My biggest pet peeve is when you post an auction/sale for a certain domain name... and then someone goes and posts the same name in a different extension, or something really similar.... especially when they register the name because your name gave them the inspiration! bah-humbug
Dead-on!
