Yeah, I find several of those "annoying" as well.. as for Estibot, I find it useful for everything but an actual appraisal.

Evey second thread, regardless of subject, turning into a Idealogical and or political debate that invariably goes nowhere, becomes a massive slanging match and ends up making that particular thread pointless.

This extension sucks threads - ok...fine but what about the other 37 threads that are exactly about the same thing?

Matt, when is version 2 of bodis coming out? - fair question, except when it's right in front of you.

People going from "official threads" or starting their own threads and accusing other parking companies of being scammers. - and with no proof! (not talking about RD - seems to be a legit problem there)

My only other pet peeve is when people are not polite enough to leave rep when you know that they are going to use the info you gave them, and that you have helped them out.

On a closing note, I have found that there is a lot of negativity going on at the moment. Which is sad for such a great place of learning. This is a great resource and a great community. Lets try to keep it that way. Treat people with the respect that you would assume for yourself.
