Backlinks

Apologies if this question is wrong. I am a newbie so I need to find out. Is it ok to build backlinks to parked pages? Ifyes, does it make a difference, or no difference at all?

I'm pretty sure that with most parking services that is against TOS. All traffic must be natural i.e. type-in traffic correct me if i'm wrong.

That's a good question because how could they really regulate that? I mean you could potentially build tons of backlinks for a site before you register it and then set it up with parking. I'd like to know this too

I think most parking companies turn a blind-eye to backlinks built after the domain is parked, provided it is done in a natural way. After all they will benefit with more clicks too. But for most, it's against their ToS.
