domains AV.com changed hands last year for £3,013,000M

was checking out some more domain name sales and came across this two-letter dot com AV.com which appears to have been sold in an all-cash transaction on 15 July 2021 for £3.013,000M GBP which based on the USD at the time of 1.3863 approx $4,176,922, the domain name was acquired by Gear4music (Holdings) PLC who trades as G4M on UK Stock Exchange.
